A separate workspace for every agency. No shared customer data.
Features
A focused set of tools for client access and daily delivery, without a complicated project-management setup.
Keep names, websites, contact details, phone numbers, addresses, and notes together. Open a client to see its accessible credentials. Archive inactive clients and restore them when work resumes.
Store login details, API keys, and secure notes using encrypted vault fields. Search credentials and filter by client or category. Secrets stay hidden in lists and are revealed or copied only through protected actions.
Create and name categories to match your agency. Assign multiple categories to one credential without duplicating it. Archive categories, check usage counts, and prevent deletion while credentials still depend on them.
Invite or activate team members, assign roles, and disable accounts when access should end. Create custom role names and choose their category access. Authorized managers handle client, credential, and team changes; staff have read-only vault access.
Create internal tasks or connect work to a client. Assign yourself, one person, or several people to the same task. Use Board, List, or Grid with assignee, client, status, and due-date filters. Drag cards between To Do, In Progress, Review, and Completed.
Review who accessed a client and which credential they revealed or copied. Activity entries include the actor, action, client or credential context where available, and time. Secret values are not included in audit entries.
See client and accessible-credential counts, recent clients, and recent activity according to your permissions. Work summaries highlight due-today, overdue, upcoming, and recently completed tasks. Staff see their assigned work and permitted credentials.
Each customer agency has its own clients, credentials, categories, roles, staff, tasks, and activity. Agency permissions are checked on the server. A customer admin cannot browse another customer’s workspace.
Create and edit records, change task statuses, and update category access through the same application. Relevant lists and counts update through Livewire, keeping the workflow focused.
Security by design
Tenant boundaries and role checks are enforced on the server. Sensitive credential fields are encrypted at rest, and authentication passwords are stored as one-way hashes.
Register your agency or receive an account from the platform administrator. Your customer-admin account manages only your agency.
Add clients, create categories, store credentials, and give team roles the access they need.
Assign tasks, check deadlines, move work through the board, and review activity without juggling separate spreadsheets.
Start with the essentials: clients, credentials, access, and work.
